It is situated at only 1.5 kms from San Jose, in front of a small town and in just 10 min from Ibiza town center and San Antonio .

The exterior part of the house is divided in a dining room - terrace for 6 persons. Besides, is situated the big swimming-pool of 13x3 meters and nice way surrounded with palms that offer us a magnificent shade, this way as a great quantity of lawn for the whole garden. Garden, thought to relax and to take the Sun. All the furniture of the garden and the parasols are to your disposition.

Inside the estate there is sufficient space for 6 persons. It has a lounge with satellite TV opened towards the kitchen.
