This stylish and contemporary villa is located in the protected private estate of Roca Llisa, near the golf course. It has privacy, a wonderful, large swimming pool and a great chill area, with lots of lounge chairs for sunbathing or lying in the shade and, most of all, lots of space! The big garden is perfect for relaxation as well as getting a good work-out (for example, there is a badminton court). The interior of the villa is very tastefully done, with a beautiful decor.

The main building has 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (1 with a Jacuzzi) and walk-in closets. Walking up the separate outdoor stairs brings you to 2 more bedrooms with their own bathroom, one of which has its own terrace with a view of the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is in the apartment in the garden and has its own bathroom and little garden with lounge chaise. Four of the bedrooms have a large double bed and 1 bedroom has a three-quarter bed. There is also an extra single bed in the master bedroom in the main house, intended for a child.

The contemporary kitchen is equipped with all imaginable conveniences. There is a super sound system as well as an Ipod docking system, which can be taken outside. There is satellite TV, air-conditioning, WiFi, a safe in every room, an alarm system and a monitor for small children (a wrist band with an alarm that goes off when it touches water).

Around the swimming pool (17 x 4) there are many lounge chaises and places to lounge (canopy beds). There is a dining area with a dining table that can seat 10, a sofa corner to relax, a barbeque, enough shady spots, a yoga deck and ping pong.

Ibiza is a 10-minute drive away and the nearest beach just a ten-minute walk. Four hours of cleaning per day (6 days a week) are included.
