Located in San Josep at 100m above sea level, this luxurious house the property offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea directly in front. Surrounded by a traditional landscape cultivated by farmers, it is an ideal refuge for stressed city dwellers, while only a 10 minutes drive from Ibiza town and the airport.

Just a 5-minute drive away to San Antonio you will find upscale restaurants with international cuisine, excellent shopping opportunities and leisure facilities. Even the gorgeous coast of Cala Jondal is just a shot driving distance.

The one-level modern house leans strongly to the Ibizancan design. Penetrate in different heights, building each other and combine to form a harmonious whole.
