It has a wonderful, large pine tree and many indigenous plants. The villa has a comfortable sun terrace for sociable get togethers for families or friends. Diverse shade spots around the house and the generous pool terrace and the outdoor shower offer space to chat, relax, tan....

The two-floored 300m² villa pleasantly surprises with its great landscape views, generous space and valuable interior design. From the first floor rooms you see the sea in the distance.

There is a large kitchen on the ground floor. It has a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, toaster, juice machine, kettle, mixer and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The dining area has a large sycamore table for 8 people and is open to the kitchen area. There is an iPod music system from Geneva.

The shower/toilet and the living room with its large Moroccan seating landscape, which is ideal for relaxation, are also on the ground floor. The living room includes a flat screen HD television, a satellite receiver, a DVD player as well as several DVDs, board games and books for all tastes.

The large bedroom has dreamy views of the garden and is on the first floor. The luxurious toilet with its bath, shower and bidet provides for breath-taking views of the pool area and the Balearic vegetation. The second bedroom/kids room has 2 queen sized beds (140x200). This room has access to one of the two balconies and also has an en suite toilet. The wardrobes are in the hall.

The apartment is accessible via its own entrance. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200) made by Ligne Roset. The toilet with shower is on the first floor. The ground floor has a small, comfortable living room with access to the east terrace. It is nice to soak up the morning sun with a cup of coffee here. The entrance includes a small kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine and a kettle as well as a washing machine.

All bedrooms have A/C, which provides for comfortable sleep in the peak of summer. During the colder months and the winter, floor heating provides for comfortable temperatures. There is also a fireplace in the living room for comfortable nights in.

The living room has several double-winged glass doors that open up the indoor living space to the large outdoor covered terrace and the pool terrace.

Diverse terraces around the house as well as the pool terrace are complete with a neat garden and a variety Mediterranean plants. There is an especially comfortable spot in the shaded terrace under the pine tree with two basket seats.
