Many original gypsie families still live in Sa Penya and you may find them flamenco dancing in the streets at night.

The infamous Calle de la Virgin with its unique array bars, pups, shows and shops is just around the corner. The Town house is build two levels and is completely newly refurbished and decorated in a cool but comfortable style mixing modern design with Moroccan influences.

The ancient narrow streets and lanes of Sa Penya are inaccessible by car or motorcycle.

The well-known Calle de la Virgin with all its Bars, taverns, Shows and Shops lies directly parallel to the house.

Info !! Sa Penya is a little rough neighborhood in the heart of Ibiza. A large minority group, immigrant and homeless characterize this area. I tried to be much directly as possible in my description without harming the race, color, religion of people. Noisy surrounding.
