The apartment is located in one of the beautiful romantic alleys in the bustling pedestrian area near the Harbour of Ibiza Town. The architect did work here with a lot of indirect light elements and the sophisticated interior is amazing. La Marina is a truly beautiful design apartment with a lovely loft atmosphere.

You won't be lacking any home comforts as the owners have absolutely everything; brand new well-equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, oven, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, music sound system, satellite TV - flat screen, air condition and double glazing on all windows. A small balcony of the bustling port promenade and a small balcony overlooking the harbour and the sea.

Right outside your door is the harbour front with all the restaurants, bars, supermarkets and excellent shopping. You have excellent connections for transport to many of the best beaches Ibizas by bus or water taxi, which give you the option of a rental car free holiday. The apartment is available for rent all year round and also for a short trip an excellent choice!
