The Town house apartment is located in one of the beautiful romantic alleys in the bustling pedestrian area near the Harbour of Ibiza Town. This newly refurbished second floor town apartment is unusually airy and light-filled, this effect is even enhanced by the very modern but comfortable decor.

You won't be lacking any home comforts as the owners have absolutely everything; brand new well-equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, oven, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, music sound system, satellite TV - flat screen, air condition and double glazing on all windows.
